Terrible experience

I ordered these hoses on May 6, 2025. I selected and paid an extra $12.99 for expedited delivery. I didn't receive the hoses until May 19, 2025. 13 days is not expedited service. Also, the hoses came without fittings. At a minimum, I expect a refund for the difference between standard delivery and expedited delivery.
