Good public relations, phone contact and delivery.

Replacement control valve for Brave splitter works perfectly. Appreciate it was available. Easy to install. The original one worked fine forwards, but stopped intermittently in returning and was easier to replace entire unit versus trying to fix the original part which was over 25 years old. Delivery was quick and kudos to Northern Equip/Brave for recommending Foard's and the actual part number - I would not have known about Foard's without first calling and speaking to Brave folks.
