Not what was shown in Picture

I ordered a br004100 valve body From Foards, but the valve that was sent is not the valve that was shown on the website, I called to find a solution with no Help. I was told that's just the way they are now. I mentioned that this is false advertising and that the product is different from the pic. he told me to contact the supplier as he couldn't do anything. He gave me a fake phone number that went straight to a cell phone voice mail. Truely disappointed in the customer service.

Exact repair part

My wood splitter wouldn't work without it and the staff at Foards, were helpful, very nice and got the part delivered to me quickly! Of course I now have no excuse not to continue to split wood.Dang!

BR004100 replacement valve

I received the replacement promptly. (Thank you) The only trouble I had was getting the connections off of the old valve they were insanley tight. The new valve installed easily and works great.
