Pump does not work

Very unhappy as I couldn’t use the machine because the pump wouldn’t work. I emailed you immediately with no response. I had to buy a new pump to keep from losing a job. You need to make this right. I bought this machine with the understanding that it was operational as a floor model. There was still soap residue in the tank when it arrived. Please make this right. Bill Roberts. [****]
