Love the product but service was awful.

I don’t often leave bad reviews. I ordered front and rears because I popped a rear. Front wheels came immediately. After a week I called and was informed you guys had them back ordered. I would have never ordered knowing I had to be without a mower for almost 3 weeks. Not too impressed with the customer service. Tires are great though.
