Wrong diameter for top half (engine shaft) of coupler. Spent 3 hours trying to make it fit- ended up going to a local distributor. Had to pay shipping both ways.

Better than original
This coupler is a far cry better than the original. It has a urethane (rubber) insert between the locking jaws joining the engine to the oil pump which cushions the two parts giving these jaws a longer life span. It is also larger, heavier, and better made than the original. Also having two set screws, one in each jaw, helps with adjustment. Foards is definitely the company to go to for replacement parts for this 25 ton log splitter.
