The mount is more well made than the original..It is made of stronger metal than the cheap and brittle aluminum alloy of the original....
When the new mount turned out to be a half inch longer, Bill answered my call on the third ring and explained to me how to adjust the shaft connector in order to get a proper fit....
His patient explanation schooled me, as I'm not a hydraulic mechanic and saved me from the ignominy of believing I had ordered the wrong part...

The new bracket is approximately 1/2" longer than the original part and will not allow the coupler to connect. Is there a shorter version of this type of bracket that would work?
