Foards, you have some of the friendliest, helpful, and prudent staff I've encountered in a LONG time, HOWEVER, You are using UPS for your courier deliveries... and that choice is shooting you in the foot for 2 major reasons:
1) They are CONSISTENTLY SLOWER to deliver than USPS or FedEx
2) They have been consistently MORE EXPENSIVE than USPS and FedEx
3) But MOST IMPORTANTLY... UPS tracking is by far the worst I've encountered of the 3 major couriers.
a) UPS strips-down the tracking information provided (if you don't PAY EXTRA for a special account) - ie. huge gaps in parcel movement and failure to estimate/commit to delivery date.
b) UPS utilizes a HISTORICALLY FLAWED execution in partnership with USPS which is consistently SLOWER that just using USPS
c) FedEx and USPS provide FAR BETTER complete tracking information
d) FedEx is the most transparent courier company I've used for the past 8 years or so. They are consistently FASTER and LESS EXPENSIVE when courier service is required.
FYI - I've been on the sending AND receiving end of e-commerce for over 15 years... and UPS regularly FAILS if the destination does NOT FALL WITHIN A METROPOLITAN AREA OF SIGNIFICANT SIZE!
Conclusion: Your courier choice is the weak link in your business. You get 5 stars for performance inside your 4 walls. HOWEVER, you shot yourself in the foot with your choice to use UPS for handling the delivery of your product.
I would NOT call that a beneficial partnership to anyone but UPS.
